Immunohistochemical staining for tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in liver sections from Normal, EtOH, and EtOH+SBU groups. TNF-α expressions were hardly observed in the liver tissue of Normal group (A). EtOH group (B) showed the increased level of TNF-α immunoreactivity.
